As a Registered Client Service Associate, you will support Financial Advisors by providing exceptional client service, handling administrative tasks, and helping to manage client relationships. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in wealth management.

Program Details

  • •Spring: ~15-20 hours per week from Jan 20 - May 16, 2025 (flexible around class schedule)
  • •Summer: 29 hours per week from late May to early August 2025
  • •Location: In-person at downtown Albuquerque, NM office

Primary Duties

  • •Sourcing the best pre-seed founders through outbound scouting (LinkedIn, cofounder platforms, social media)
  • •Marketing outreach analysis to identify best founder sourcing channels
  • •Thought leadership and content generation support to attract top founders
  • •Market diligence: investigating new markets and founder communities
  • •Business operations projects to support portfolio and improve investment quality

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Are

  • •An MBA or undergraduate student interested in Venture Capital and startups (all majors welcome)
  • •A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong operational skillset
  • •Personable, proactive, with outstanding communication skills (in person, on calls, and in writing)
  • •Team player, infinitely curious, eager to help others
  • •Bonus: Prior investment (VC/PE, investment banking) OR startup experience
